I have no idea, what's the problem ... but i m not able to get through NVC phone line.......i have tried so many times......each second for continuously 15 minutues......but no luck......

I am helping my brother in law, and just want to cheak whether NVC have received the AOS packet and they entered in system or not ... but no luck

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

hi to all!

i want to include myself here to july 2010 NVC thread, my ds-230 received july 7 at the nvc system. and they received my hubby's affidavit of support on june 24. and waiting for my case to be complete hope it wont take that long..GodBless to all of us. :innocent:

Welcome!!

We are very close with dates when NVC recieved out documents. We also sent the AOS earlier and they started "processing" on July 6th.

call during the down time. that is mentioned when you call. it is around 5:30pm - 6pm central time.

i could get through in under 5 minutes at that time.

other times of the day can take over 30 minutes on hold.

best to keep the phone on speaker while you pay bills or something.

Yep, I called around 8am this morning and got through with no problem. Tried again around 1pm just for the fun of it, and was able to get through as well.

I just checked the payment portal and no SIF yet.

Aside from that I hope everyone had a good day.

for those who didn't know or notice like me....

the Cover Sheet for the AOS and DS230 forms are the same..

I am still having issues with my AOS payment (its been 11 days). But today, the operator told me to print the same barcode/cover sheet I used to send in the DS230 for the AOS form. In this way, the AOS will already be at NVC once they clear out the "mess" about my AOS payment.

So hopefully, I'll just wait for the instruction packet after this....

To add to what you said. The DS 230 form was updated in February 2010, before then in was updated in September 2009. So everyone make sure to get the right copy. They are changing them so often it is annoying especially if you prepared the forms early.

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

07-21-2010 : IV Packet signed for by Peters at 10:15 a.m. (St. Laurent and Desmond are probably on vacation lol)

07-26-2010 : NVC starts processing IV Packet

08-20-2010 : Called NVC and was told that we received a "stupid" RFE on 08-18-2010

09-03-2010 : RFE sent to the NVC today....SIF please come quickly.

09-07-2010 : RFE signed for by Desmond at 10:16 a.m.

09-10-2010 : NVC acknowledges receipt of the RFE

09-30-2010 : SIF

10-01-2010 : Case complete as per NVC AVR

10-05-2010 : Interview date assigned for November 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. Approved

It's the same on both.

It has the same address. The only difference is the addressee... on the DS230 it says, ATTN: CMR while on the AOS cover sheet, ATTN: CMR AOS.

Finally, my AOS shows paid after 12 days! Anyway, I already sent the AOS even before this as I've said, using the DS230 cover sheet as instructed by the operator.
