Awww :blush::blush::blush: you guys are soooooooo sweet! Thanks everyone!!! If none of you were here, I wouldn't have anyone to cheer on! If I can't be happy for myself, I can be happy for those around me (or if I am hapy for myself). :blush:

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

for those who didn't know or notice like me....

the Cover Sheet for the AOS and DS230 forms are the same..

I am still having issues with my AOS payment (its been 11 days). But today, the operator told me to print the same barcode/cover sheet I used to send in the DS230 for the AOS form. In this way, the AOS will already be at NVC once they clear out the "mess" about my AOS payment.

So hopefully, I'll just wait for the instruction packet after this....

Yeah I think they're pretty much the same. They have the same info, I don't know if there's different information in the bar code though.

I scanned both barcodes - I use one at work - and they both are exactly the same : the case number.

USCIS IR1/CR-1 CSC

02-24-2010 - I-130 Sent: February 24th, 2010

06-17-2010 - NOA2

Your I-130 was APPROVED in 107 days from your NOA1 date.

06-24-2010 - NVC Case Number Assigned

08-24-2010 - Sign in Fail - Case COMPLETE in 60 days

10-27-2010 - INTERVIEW Riyadh

11-27-2010 - VISA issued

What happened to NVC phone no. It's not working since yesterday. I have tried a lot, it gives engage tone. (I know that NVC is busy and we have to try so many times to get through engage tone, but this is different, as soon as you dial phone, it gives up)

What happened to NVC phone no. It's not working since yesterday. I have tried a lot, it gives engage tone. (I know that NVC is busy and we have to try so many times to get through engage tone, but this is different, as soon as you dial phone, it gives up)

I called last night with no problems. I just wanted to see if our case had been sent to the embassy yet. I didn't try to speak to an operator, but no problems with the AVR!

I just called and I got the AVR on my first call. Not sure where the trouble is.

Today after 13 days waiting I got my son´s case number. I just had to dial NVC phone number two times and was able to speak to an operator.

- I-130 Sent, February 22, 2010

- NOA2 June 23, 2010

National Visa Center

- Called July 6, 2010 Got case number and gave email address (Operator said case arrived July 2)

- Received two emails with DS3032 and AOS bill payment July 8, 2010

- Email DS3032 July 8, 2010 (Did not receive auto response)

- Sent payment online AOS bill July 9, 2010

- Sent payment online IV fee bill July 14, 2010

- Received IV instruction packet July 16, 2010

- AOS and IV packet delivered at NVC, July 30, 2010

- Case Closed August 25, 2010

- Interview October 12, 2010 APPROVED!!!

My son´s Journey

- I-130 Sent, February 22, 2010

- NOA2 July 7, 2010

National Visa Center

- Received email stating my son´s case must be processed electronically, AOS fee bill included in email, July 22, 2010

- Sent email to NVCElectronic to OPT-IN For Electronic Processing, July 23, 2010
