-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

But in the email i got from NVC it says, 31 rochester avenue.. also, this pdf form i got from NVC says expiry date - 2006 dec 31!

Now did they send me an old form with an old address?

Hi, i didnt sent DS3032 thru ordinary mail but instead i sent it thru email...and nvc response/received and accepted it. :dance:

Oh man Nica! :(. I hope it comes soon for you! There don't seem to be very many interviews scheduled for August yet, maybe they will just do the scheduling all month long.

Received a letter via email (mine and my wife´s) I thinks it is the IV instruction packet. The letter says:

The National Visa Center (NVC) has received all required fee payments for the immigrant visa case of --- --- ---. Each applicant must now complete and submit an Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration (form DS-230)

I won´t be sendig documents yet, I am waiting on having my son´s case number from NVC. I have been calling but as you know there is a delay.

- NOA2 June 23, 2010

National Visa Center

- Called July 6, 2010 Got case number and gave email address (Operator said case arrived July 2)

- Received two emails with DS3032 and AOS bill payment July 8, 2010

- Email DS3032 July 8, 2010 (Did not receive auto response)

- Sent payment online AOS bill July 9, 2010

- Sent payment online IV fee bill July 14, 2010

- Received IV instruction packet July 16, 2010

- AOS and IV packet delivered at NVC, July 30, 2010

- Case Closed August 25, 2010

- Interview October 12, 2010 APPROVED!!!

My son´s Journey

- I-130 Sent, February 22, 2010

- NOA2 July 7, 2010

National Visa Center

- Received email stating my son´s case must be processed electronically, AOS fee bill included in email, July 22, 2010

- Sent email to NVCElectronic to OPT-IN For Electronic Processing, July 23, 2010

- Received email from NVCElectronic OPT-IN accepted July 26, 2010

- Received email letter DS 3032 was accepted, letter included lV fee bill invoice, July 28, 2010

- IV Status: Paid July 29, 2010

- AOS and IV packet sent via email (forms and documents scanned) August 3, 2010

- Received email from NVCElectronic to let me know my son´s case was closed August 26, 2010

- Interview October 8, 2010 APPROVED!!!

You cracked me up Nica! :rofl: How long has it been since you last saw him?

Not too long ago, he was here for a few days in June, he left on the 29th (L). It hasn't been a month since he left but I miss him like crazy and I was really counting on a CC after 10 business days tops from the day they received the RFE checklist letter response.

Any Good news today? I know the NVC is starting to slow down again. Hopefully it will get better. I finally received my husband's documents, but one of the photos was damaged so I have to wait on that now...sigh. He will be sending the new ones to me shortly.

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

07-21-2010 : IV Packet signed for by Peters at 10:15 a.m. (St. Laurent and Desmond are probably on vacation lol)

07-26-2010 : NVC starts processing IV Packet

08-20-2010 : Called NVC and was told that we received a "stupid" RFE on 08-18-2010

09-03-2010 : RFE sent to the NVC today....SIF please come quickly.

09-07-2010 : RFE signed for by Desmond at 10:16 a.m.

09-10-2010 : NVC acknowledges receipt of the RFE

09-30-2010 : SIF

10-01-2010 : Case complete as per NVC AVR

10-05-2010 : Interview date assigned for November 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. Approved
