Your AOS bill will show as PAID in a couple of days. You will then 'PRINT COVERSHEET' and send in your AOS package with that barcoded sheet on top.

You may or may not receive confirmation that your DS3032 has been accepted but as soon as it is, the $400 IV bill will become AVAILABLE TO BE PAID. Go ahead and pay it.

We got a confirmation email when they accepted the DS-3032, it has the case number for its subject and the body says:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa

Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated

agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions

before the instruction packet will be sent.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the

NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will

expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents

will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration

process.

anyway, emailed our ds3032 last night... its been over a day, no automated reply for the emailed form. a bit worried. i guess this is one time mailing the actual 3032 is warranted, which is what i did today.

just wondering if this happened to anyone??? (emailed 3032 without an auto response)

triaxxx- Sometimes they don't do an auto response. The auto response isn't an acceptance anyway. Since you mailed it in as well, it will get accepted either way next week. No need to worry. You should be ok.

Every night I check the online payment portal, and every morning I check the AVR. Still no sign in fail or case complete

That happened to me. My wife sent the email last wednesday, and because it was sent before receiving the AOS bill and DS3032 emails, we though that was the reason, and she sent the email again. I hope nothing wrong happens, but the bad thing is I´m reliying completely on email because I don´t have a DS3020 signed by my wife.

I'm curious: When I cann NVC, is an operator able to /allowed to tell me how many cases from my country they are currently processing? I'd really like to know since we're a small country and I only know one other autrian wife who currently moved to the US in the whole www.

I could never get any straight answers about how many were ahead of us.

When my congressman's office emailed NVC, they told them. But they would never tell me anything from NVC or when I emailed the embassy and asked.
