Hey there guys, just received our NOA1, 3 months after we sent our package in.(heard this can be normal amount of time). However we are quite lost on the next step, as there isnt much information about. The form said the details are now being sent to my home consulate, which is london. what steps shall we take next?and is there an accurate timeline on what happens next? be great to hear from anyone who has been through this, good luck to everyone also!

I think you mean you just received your NOA2. Does the letter say your petition was accepted or approved? When it says it was accepted, that's the NOA1. 3 months would be extremely long to wait for that, so that's why I think you mean your NOA2.

You should read the K1 flowchart to learn about the next step. Basically, you will receive a letter in the mail from the London consulate advising you on what to do next. In the meantime, you should get your medical and police certificate done, and your USC fiance should start preparing the I-134.

pardon - please read it again?

do the words 'approval notice' or 'notice of approval' or 'action on approved petition' show up in this letter, anywhere?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Are you living in the UK? Then yes, it would be in London.

You should really read the embassy reviews and information page for London consulate as it sounds like you don't really know much about what you're doing.

Look, I'll make it super easy for you:
