Greetings, I am a little concerned with the delivery of my petition packet to the California Service Center. First of all I sent it through USPS overnight to the P.O. Box in LAGUNA NIGUEL. The USPS screwed up and sent it to Missouri. They finally corrected the problem and today Saturday 6/26 it arrived at Laguna Niguel and I received notice that they were unable to deliver. Has anyone else had this happen? I thought that they just place package in P.O. Box.

10/07/2009 - Meet in Moscow for one week

10/14/2009 - Informal Engagement

04/10/2010 - Stayed three weeks with her and family

06/23/2010 - I129F sent!!

06/28/2010 - After going to the wrong state (thanks USPS) arrived at CSC

07/06/2010 - NOA1 sent

07/10/2010 - Check Cashed and case touched

07/12/2010 - NOA1 received and case touched

07/14/2010 - Touched!

07/21/2010 - Touched!

11/23/2010 - Touched!NOA2

11/24/2010 - Text Notification Approval letter sent 11/23/2010

Has anyone else had this happen? I thought that they just place package in P.O. Box.

Did you require a signature? Not sure, but there's been some issue about this when they tried to deliver it to the Lees Summit address when people were requiring a signature. People got notifications that they were unable to deliver, but the packages were really there.

No, I figured since it was going to a P.O. Box nobody could sign for it.
