Hey all!

Starting to get all our ROC stuff together. When I submit tax returns, should I copy ALL pages of the return? Some of it seems unecessary, but I will do it if it's a good idea. Thanks!

Since you are sending in an actual return, don't forget to include a copy of all slips as well.

Another thought-I could just order transcripts. Would this be better? Worse? No different?

Transcripts are better - less paper to submit and they like the official stuff more than the copies.

any instructional pages can be omitted.

was some discussion about excluding worksheets, as well, but I'd include worksheets, just to be safe.

IRS Transcripts are less paperwork and looks more neat, if the local office is easily accessible. I used to omit the instructions pages and send out the remaining entire tax return papers. Good Luck Trillium13. I still have another year to start collecting evidence for my ROC.

USCIS prefers transcripts but returns are OK as well - however, all pages need to be submitted including W2s.
