My husband just got his 10year green card and we would like to have his father come to visit, but I cant seem to figure out what we need to fill out and what information we need. I also cant seem to find about how long this process is taking to get some one here for just a visit.

Tourist visas are always a ####### shoot. 50/50 chance of getting one and given the country in question, I'm going to say the odds are even less.

He will need SIGNIFICANT and OVERWHELMING ties to his home country in order to convince the CO that he will not overstay his welcome in the U.S.

Tourist visas are granted based on applicant qualifications and not on the promises or assurances of a USC.

It is up to the visitor to provide what is needed to obtain a visitor's visa although a letter of invitation probably will not hurt as it will verify the reason for the trip and his address while here.

Being from Morocco it is highly doubtful he will be granted a tourist visa. Prepare with significant ties to his home country such as owning a home, employment, proof of family members living in Morocco (to show he has family ties there), etc.
