hello i came in usa december 2009 with k-1 visa,we got married in march 2010,but our marriage is not working.he is verbally abusing me every time we have a fight,threating me to kick me out of the house,ones he even lock me out..i am desperate..i don't know what to do...we apply for AOS,but i haven;t recieve anything yet,so i don't have any money to move or get divorce..and yhr biggest problem is that we have a son together...i want to leave,but not without him..Do i have any chaces to get custody,and go back to my counry with my baby???please tell me what to do????thank u!!!!

I don't think you will be able to take your son with you without the father's consent.

I hope someone comes along with a more detailed answer for you.

9/12/12: Check cashed
9/14/12: NOA letter received (NOA dated 9/10/12)
9/20/12: Biometrics letter received (Bio appointment 10/15/12)
10/12/12: Early biometrics walk-in

4/27/13: RFE received

6/17/13: RFE response sent

7/1/13: ROC petition approved

7/5/13: GC received in the mail.
