Post-Decision Activity

On June 25, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I recieved my NOA1 on the 28th of May, and i just recieved a text and an email notifying that my case has been approved!!! Wooohoo!!!

Let this be the begining of good things to come guys. As soon as I recieve the hardcopy, I'll let everyone know. Thanks for all the help on the I-129f petition. This site has been super helpful and saved me a LOT of money.

Yes, my packet was forwarded to the Dallas lockbox for a few days. I am still in shock. Wasn't expecting to hear anything back until at least the middle of August. I sent my senator an email 2 weeks ago, but I highly doubt that had anything to do with it.
