(1)I-130 with Page1 with dad's info, and Q.17 mom's name/relation/DOB/country of birth

(2)I-130 with Page1 with mom's info, and Q.17 dad's name/relation/DOB/country of birth

What should be in D. Other information Q.1 If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship??

Are you a USC?

One I-130 petition is required for each person who is classified as an immediate relative. So yes it would be 2 x's $355.

Q 17 for each petition would be the same information but "flipped"

Same for "D" Q.1

YMMV
