Ok. I sent off the packages a while ago and received the 3 NOA's on the 6th of June 2010. The NOA'a are for the forms I-130, I-485, and I-765. I have not as of yet received a biometrics appointment yet. I think this would be done in Miami. Should I be concerned? I viewed the USCIS web site and it shows a status of initial review for all three forms. On the I-130 & I-765 it shows a last update day of 6-15-10, while on the form I-485 is shows a last update of 6-03-10. What does this mean?

Another question is when can I get my wife a Drivers Licence?

Thanks in advance for the help!!!!!

This question is asked a hundred times a week... Biometrics appointments are scheduled by your local ASC office. They schedule appointments 3-4 weeks out. If it is a busy office, it takes longer. Depends on how many applicants are in line in front of you as there are only so many "slots" to schedule each week. When your number comes up they will schedule you into the next available slot.

As for a DL, google "Florida DMV" and read the ID requirements.

It has been known to take some people a full month from initial NOA date to receive their biometrics letter.

I understand your impatience, but it's not quite time to worry yet :)

Hope you get it soon!
