Highly pissed at NVC

I wonder if the decision to stop processing K-3 and move ahead with only CR-1/IR-1's are creating the same processing problems that caused them to create the K-3 in the first place. How long before K-3 comes back, do you suppose?

You guys saw your partners atleast!we got married in last December and my husband went back to USA in January.I even dont know when can I get to see him?4 months waiting in USCIS then this NVC pain for last 2 months.Dont know where are we heading towards?lol

I am a bit spoiled,and my husband had to come in April!!

U are like me...4 months in USCIS ,and 2 months in NVC!!!! And finally we have to get visa in the next month!! I hope so!!

Are they started processing your case?

Aww thats so sweet Ariel..For my case he doesnt have any vacation from his work as he took 6 weeks vacation during our wedding..

last time when we called NVC they said "your documents are Under review"

I will! I will write to u !!!! I have so lucky because my husband is his own boss,and actually he can to go on vacation when he decide...on our happiness!!! But now I wantttttttt to go there!!!! And to start living together finally!!

So pls write me when you get any kind of information!!!!! And thank u for all informations and support!!

Same here, last time I saw him in January

He's a full time student and can't just leave whenever I want him to lol... not to mention that we were hoping this will be done sometime soon, but that soon is not coming fast enough. Keep us posted on your cases.

Anyone here has suffered a long waiting for the processing of Packet-IV. I sent my DS-230 on 3rd june still then no updates yet I got time RFE for DS-230 on 11th June.After getting that RFE my husband called NVC they told us "your packet might be in our mailroom just ignore AVR updates it will change once your packet of information will be processed". After a week we got an email from NVC stating that your i-864 has been received by the NVC and we are still waiting for your DS-230 form along with all the supporting documents..lol.we called agin and then finally last week on june 18th they told us they received our documents.I am just wondering its been 22 days since we sent our documents how long it will take to complete my case?Generally it takes about 10 working days to response to the checklist then why it is taking so long?

IT TAKES FORM 2-4 WEEKS,I SENT MINE ON 16TH OF JUNE AND GOT BACK INTERVIEW DATE YESTERDAY...

Thank God,our RFE is civil documentation that we sent last week !!! When I called NVC before 10 min. she said ok we expect all documentation these days!!
