Highly pissed at NVC

Yeah, I called the machine yesterday too... it's says all of our documents have been received on June 16, and the operator told us a few days ago that they still didn't get them. Dunno what to think, just hoping we can get through it without RFE's.

Ignore that stupid machine, I think that machine is a bit behind than the actual workload. dont be stunned to get an email from NVC stating that missing documents for DS-230.I got that e-mail too.I think the RFE that you got is time RFE.so dont be upset my case status is still saying the same old things.so dont sweat into that stupid machine and keep waiting, I think we all will hear something new from operator soon

I think you're absolutely right ! I do not know what time to get mail from them for RFE ? We will call them tomorrow and see what they say. I pray to God, to they think about the ds230 with other civil papers.

Of course I'll call them tomorrow because we can not waiting ! You mean the operator to tell us what is missing? I hope that they think of ds230 !!!!! O God!

Waiting is the worst and it NEVER ends!

We spent 5 months at USCIS when most went thru in 3.

Then it took them 2 weeks to open my DS230 packet at NVC after it arrived. Then an RFE for something that it wasn't even clear they needed to begin with.

And now, CC since May 11.

My congressman's office is involved now and NVC and the embassy won't even respond to THEIR email requesting our date!

Yeah,we`re waiting 4 months in USCIS ! And now we are waiting three weeks for reviweing our documentations in NVC !

Of course we're angry and impantient !

Do you know if your embassy is busy or if you should get a date right away when you CC?

Do you think about the date of the interview? Date depends on what the crowd at your embassy where you will have an interview.

They usually say for a month will be an interview when the case is CC! Or you can call the embassy and moved earlier date if they have free term . I will do it

If they won't answer my congressman's office requesting our date, I KNOW they won't answer me if I ask for earlier!

O yeah we are hope also! Trash is that if not processed until mid-July interview will be in September! Craziness.

I saw my husband a month and a half days! But still I can`t wait to be with him! Like I said totally crazy about determining the date of interview ! COME ON NVC!!!!!!
