Highly pissed at NVC

Anyone here has suffered a long waiting for the processing of Packet-IV. I sent my DS-230 on 3rd june still then no updates yet I got time RFE for DS-230 on 11th June.After getting that RFE my husband called NVC they told us "your packet might be in our mailroom just ignore AVR updates it will change once your packet of information will be processed". After a week we got an email from NVC stating that your i-864 has been received by the NVC and we are still waiting for your DS-230 form along with all the supporting documents..lol.we called agin and then finally last week on june 18th they told us they received our documents.I am just wondering its been 22 days since we sent our documents how long it will take to complete my case?Generally it takes about 10 working days to response to the checklist then why it is taking so long?

10 working days from June 18 now you need 5 more working days than see it they get back to you give it next week like July 2

We sent both our IV and AOS packet to the NVC on the 1st of June... and they still didn't receive/enter in into their system. All they keep telling us is that they get a lot of mail every day and to give them 4-6 weeks to do this... it's been 4 weeks already

We have sent the documents on June 8 and we have the same story. On Wednesday, when we called NVĆ they said we have not received, not yet. And when we called yesterday, the answer was we received 16 June dokumente. But when u call machine, it is completely different story! And I cant understand them!

Yes,we are ! Everyone seems to go at once to usa and they do not achieve to process all ! We will be all ok soon and I want everyone to finish everything as soon as possible

Hey neighbour... yeah, I know how you feel. We just have to keep the faith and wait... it's hard as hell, but that's all we can do.

NVC has a process of scanning in all the mail. Good news is they will get to it, bad news is it took them two weeks to scan my stuff in! My case has been complete since May 18.....I am still waiting for an interview date. None of the government offices get in a hurry to do anything. I hate to say this....plz dont take it the wrong way.... but get used to waiting. Especially if you are filing for a CR-1!

aww thats so sad dreamNjordan!we all are in a traffic jam then, good thing that I am not alone here you guys are there as well with me..so I am a bit relaxed than before.definitely we all will be ok soon

hi everyone thanks for your updates,am in the same shoes with you guys cos i sent in my 14th of june and it has not been updated till now and hope they will be fast about it to complete our cases and give us interview date soon.hard way the only way to america .we shall rejoice at the end

I am guessing you want to 'get in' for the 2nd week of the month's scheduling process, yes? IMO, yer right in the curve for it.

yesterday when we called NVC they told us that they received 16 June I864 ,but today when we call the answering machine told us that something's wrong with the paper and are mailed to us today what missing. I hope that these are civil documents because we are subsequently sent 22 June to the NVC. What do u think people????

Ignore that stupid machine, I think that machine is a bit behind than the actual workload. dont be stunned to get an email from NVC stating that missing documents for DS-230.I got that e-mail too.I think the RFE that you got is time RFE.so dont be upset my case status is still saying the same old things.so dont sweat into that stupid machine and keep waiting, I think we all will hear something new from operator soon

maybe summer is really busy at the NVC.

my stuff was processed in under 14 days, but maybe things are slowed up now.

don't lose hope yet!
