hey guys, i just got my biometrics appointment letter today, after 2 months of waiting!! phewww!!

but it says i got an appointment end of July. can I just go before that date and have it done? will that have any effect on the AOS process? will it make it quicker? coz i dont really wanna wait another month until i go for the biometrics and then another month or sumthin to get my work authorization.

You can certainly TRY a walk-in but it doesn't mean they will allow it. It should speed things up for the EAD but I don't think anyone really knows for SURE whether it does or not. I know that like you mine was booked a month from when I got the letter and I didn't want to wait a month while my file did NOTHING so I did it.
