Hi everybody,

We sent the I-130 on April, 17t, 2006. As you see bellow in my timeline, it's been touched only "once" which was 2 months ago!!

we didn't receive any paper nor been touched again as most of the JV... is it normal? should we call or write them?... we are worried :unsure:

Married: August 2005

Enter USA: July 2007

Removing condition

5/13/09 : sent I-751 package to Vermont Center

check cashed : 5/22//09

NOA1 received : 5/26/09

Biometric Letter dated 5/29/09

Biometric Appointment: 6/25/09

touched: 6/26/09

9/30/09: got an email from USCIS. Production of the card has been ordered.

10/07/09: Got 10 years GC in mail

Apply for citizenship:....

I wouldn't worry too much. When I sent my I-130 in they only touched it once in almost 3 months I think. Then after that it got transfered to Calif Service Center from Vermont. Then over a two week period it got touched many times. Then nothing for about a week, then touched a few more times and then approved. It took about 4 months total. Give it a little bit more time but then if still concerned I would give them a call. They may not tell you much but it may make you feel better. Hang in there. It'll happen for you; but I know it is hard to have patience. Best of luck!

05/01/2006 "touched"

07/06/2006 "touched"

07/06/2006 received notification that case transferred to Calif. SC

07/07/2006 faxed request to expedite to CSC

07/08/2006 "touched"

07/10/2006 "touched" with notice that CSC has received petition

07/11/2006 "touched"

07/12/2006 "touched" Does this mean we are getting somewhere?

07/13/2006 "touched"

07/14/2006 "touched"

08/03/2006 "touched" I hope this is good?! Please approve us!

08/04/2006 APPROVED!!!!!! We are soooooo happy!

08/06/2006 "touched"

08/07/2006 "touched"

08/08/2006 "touched" I'm keeping track of this to see how many days CSC

works on it before it leaves to go to NVC.

08/21/2006 I-130 rec'd by NVC and case number assigned

08/22/2006 choice of agent form mailed express--got number and then printed barcode acc'd to James shortcuts

08/23/2006 US postal service says agent form rec'd at NVC

My I-130 was only touched once...and it was 6 months after my NOA1! (But the touch came a day before the approval, so that was ok :star: )

ONE DAY AT A TIME....

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived
