I lived near an Air Force base as a kid. Every year they had an open house. I remember going to it one year and being amazed by the size of "Fat Albert".

I was pretty amazed at how large it was too and even after flying in one for 13 straight hours. They were noisy but they issue ear plugs.

Blue Angel's C130 has freaking jet-packs. I'm sh** you not. That's why it can practically lunch on such a steep angel of elevation.
