IRS Transcripts are best to send.

Without them, you would need to send copies of your W-2/1099, and tax forms used (as applicable).

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

you can send photocopies of your tax forms and w2s, it will be easier to do and faster, well i did and never have any problem with it
