3. I-129F

4. G-325A For both w/ Passport style photo

5. Copy of Birth certificate for me (and passport)

6. Letter of Intent from both

7. Proof of Having Met

No need to be sophisticated ;) Here's what I did:

1. I secured the entire packet (not including the check and cover letter) with a paper clip

2. I placed the check on the cover letter and paper clipped them to the main packet

3. I placed the completed packet in a manila envelope then addressed it

4. I went to FedEx and placed that envelope in one of their shipping packages, re-addressed it, and sent it express

Lol, whew! Hope that helped :)

I just organized it in sections with paper clips on each section and then just put a big clip on the whole thing with the check on top followed by the cover letter.

Yes 2 passport photos of both of you. Write your names and birth dates on the back of them.

MAKE SURE you didn't leave ANY questions unanswered or forget to sign somewhere. This was the number one reason most people in my month (Feb) got a RFE. It seemed to take at least a month more when you get an RFE for this little mistake so do everything you can to make sure the package is perfect the first time.

BTW, if your birth certificate is blank on the back, make a copy of that side ANYWAY, set the exposure so you can make out the outline of it and just write on the sheet: "back of (Your Name) birth certificate".

Good Luck!

We only sent one passport photo for each of us (1 for me, and 1 for him), like the guides here clearly state.

I 2-hole punched everything, added tabs at the bottom, and held it all together with a 2-prong ACCO fastener. I attached the check to the front of the cover letter with a paper clip.

make sure it all gets in the envelope. Send it USPS with delivery confirmation. There is no need to "organize" anything. When it arrives it will be dismanteld and put into a USCIS folder in the way they prefer. Put a binder clip on it if it makes you feel better. Use a personal check for payment.

You do not need proof of ongoing relationship for the petition. It is basically a waste of postage and will make absolutely no difference in your case. You need proof of having met for the petition.
