Hello everyone! I'm just wondering about the California Service Center processing time. The Center has been processing march 6 applications for a long time now and it hasn't move. Is it really that slow?

Oh...am beginning to get really worried now :(

Why was it nearly two months, from the time you sent the I-129F petition until NOA-1?

Did you send with Fedex or USPS Priority with tracking number?

You need an IMBRA RFE, have you received that yet?

CSC is out of control. No idea when approvals will come.

I sent my 129F to California on May 19, and shortly thereafter read the news about the IMBRA law. I received the RFE for that, sent it back, and was approved by the end of July. I saw that they are supposedly way behind on processing, but I don't believe it's really as far back as March 6, because I've already been approved!

Maybe I'm just lucky... :star:

Thanks for the reply. It has been nearly two months before we received NOA-1 because we were not able to sign one document there and were informed about it end of June. A lot of time was lost because of that.

We haven't received anything yet aside from the NOA-1, hope they'll send the RFE soon.

Yes you were lucky. There are still a lot of us from March that haven't gotten our NOA2. The problem is they are no longer following any rules. The approvals are all over the board.

It’s always so surprising

When love appears over the horizon

I’ll love you for the rest of my days

But still it’s a mystery

of how you ever came to me

Which only proves

Love moves in mysterious ways
