When they return your petition, do they stamp the money order you sent and if they do, can you send the same money order when you resubmit or do you have to send a new one?

I doubt they stamp it or do anything with it. I am pretty sure you can send the same money order or personal check back.

Well, if they are sending back the package, they are not supposed to stamp your money Order or the check. Unless there is a problem with the money order or the check itself(and thats why your file has been returned) you can use the same check/money order to re-file. They only stamp the checks/money orders when they accept your file and send in your checks for encashment.
