Giving the fact that it looks like we're going to have a few more lovely months before getting the visa, I decided to plan a trip for us to Spain. Of course she'll need a visa and we are worried about the effects of a visa denial from Spain effect our K-1 from the US.

I don't think it matters but I thought I'd check here first.

thx

Sorry my SO is from Ukraine. We applied for a 129F in July 2005. While waiting for the visa to be processed we've gone to several countries that are convient to Ukrainians (ie visa is $15 at the airport)

Now we're looking to try to travel to Spain where the visa requirements are more strict. She/I are curious as to the effects of a denial hurting our 129F.

Denial of a visa to a country that is not the US will not have any effect on your US based petition. :)
