Hi,

I am assembling my husbands Adjustment of Status package, yeah! When putting it together, each form I 485, I-131, I-765 requireds two passport photos and I -130 requires one of me and another of him. Do I need to submitt 7 passport photos total for him? or since the package is going in together is alright to submit 1 for I-130 and just two for the rest of them?

08/17/10 First touch ever on I-485 and EAD touched

08/24/10 Touched and e-mail EAD and AP approved

08/31/10 AP arrived

09/03/10 EAD and Interview letter (10/09) arrived

yes Nancy each form require their own set of pictures so you will need 7 of him two for form i-485, two for i-765 and two for i-131 and one for the i-130 i send 2 for the i-130 too because they only take even passport pictures :blush:

also look at the guides for AOS they help a lot

I only sent 4 - 2 of my husband (applicant), 2 of me (petitioner). Did we do that wrong? It wasn't on our RFE.

Thanks for all the advice. To play it safe, I will send in all requested photos. My honey and I went to costco last night and got the pictures done. Now I am just reviewing this site, the guides, etc... and will have the package in the mail this afternoon. Yippeeee! :dance: I can't wait to get it off and get it "out of my head."

After doing all the research I think we are o.k. with not using a lawyer. Just hope I didn't make any mistakes. Thanks to everyone who posts on the forums. Reading through them has really helped me with filling out all the forms and putting the package together.
