Since I already have an account on USCIS website to check the status of my application(s) and will be using it till my Naturalization, I wanted to know if I can add a family members application number to my account for status updates? Anybody has any suggestions about its legality.

AS long as you have a case number you can enter it.

You can add anyone's case to track on your account... just need the valid case number
