hi people, could you double check with me this list of docs for my I-864 to make sure I have all ready for my interview?

Sponsor I-864 (pet, my wife)

All the form filled. 2 household members at point 21., that is the immigrant (myself) and herself.

Her income and IRS tax transcripts for 2007.

A statement written and signed by her stating why she didn't file for tax on 2008/09.

Even if not enough to sponsor me, we put the balance of her checking account with attached a printout of her bank statement and we also put my Italian bank account balance (since I am the intending immigrant) with bank statement printed out - it is not enough but it shows we got some cash at least.

Joint-Sponsor.

I-864 filled, 2 household members there as well (herself, no husband/others living with her, and me). Income for 2nd and 3rd most recent years stated at point 25. For the most recent year, I have:

1. taxpayer copy of her 1040 form.

2. All the relative 1099 forms.

3. A statement written and signed by the joint-sponsor stating why certain funds deriving from dividends of a trust fund in her deceased-husband's name do not require/have 1099-DIV and 1099-INT forms.

4. Copy of her Missouri birth certificate as proof of US citizenship.

Two things: My joint-sponsor's name is Marjorie but in the 1040 form her name is reported as Majorie (a typing error I guess). Is it a problem?

2. Her tax returns are filed with her husband's surname while her birth certificate reports her maiden name. Is this a problem? How do I mend it?

Am I missing something?

thanks people, I am almost done hassling you all I promise :D

I don't know if they typing error will be a problem or not.

It is 100% normal for the birth certificate to have a woman's maiden name - although she may be using a married name. The birth certificate does not change.
