ask petitioner who use Agent or Lowyer

we are before patitioner.

we want to ask to all who hired pro(agent or Lowyer) to petition.

How long usually takes to petition?(depens on each situation)

we try to do about visa work almost nine month then hired pro.

we start with them, while this two month they seems not petition.

now one of document expired and have to do preparation again.

could you tell us about your case?
