OK, Just finishing up (her) G-325A Form, and there are 2 items we are unsure about:

1. Full name and address of employer: Does not all fit in that little box. The name of her company barely fits... What do we do? Do they want the full address? City, Street, # etc.

2. A#. She does not have an "A" Number. She has a tax ID #... (10 digits)

Thank you in advance!

If you need more space you can add a supplement sheet.

I would put something like this:

SUPPLEMENT TO G325A for (Name Here)

Applicants Employment Last 5 years (On the G325A - write see supplement to G325A)

(List the info here)

Sign and Date

Attach this to the G325A

If there is no "A" Number (Alien Registration Number) then no worries. Leave that field blank.

OOPS - in the "A" number field it is better to put "None" than leave blank - sorry!

Well, you posted in the adjustment of status forum, for family based visas. If she was issued a K visa, then she has an A-number. it will be on the petition approval letter (NOA-2) right by her name.

If this is your first filing, such as adjusting from a tourist visa, or you meant to post in the petition preparation forum, then it's true, she wont' have one. If she's a student or on some other longer-term visa, I think she may have an A-number already. Tell us what the visa is - must be some working visa to have tax identification number???

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

1. Abbreviate if needed. City and country are adequate for the address.

2. None. she has no "A" number yet. She will when she gets her visa. Do NOT use the tax ID number.

**moved from "AOS (Family)" to "K1 Fiance Process & Proc" as the OP is about to file a K1 visa**

For A number and any other space where there was no relevant information, we put N/A on the form. I agree that abbreviation is ok, but a supplement sheet might be better.
