Question About My Letters With I-130

Thank for the help on the last post. I've received stunning amounts of information. People have PMed with useful information and responded thoughtfully to my post. I am extremely thankful. On this day off, I've managed to gather all sorts of useful info. Special Thanks to all the members here who continue to give back to the community regardless of their situations.

I have two small issues at this moment.

My Mother wrote an 3rd party Affidavit for the initial I-130 package to be sent. Anybody see any problems with it? ( I am attaching this document to this post).

In addition I've put together a evolution of relationship as well. I've tried to cover the only possible red flag (i.e. traveling to Cuba) within the letter. Think it is fine? (Again Second attachment).
