As others have said, it shouldn't be a major issue. Talked to my boss who has gone through this and he said that the RFE notice should say they want to have the information by a certain date and as long as they receive it before that date, then the process is not delayed much and you stay in the same spot in the queue.

I got RFE of my I-693. I didn't send that form. You will get a hard copy. For sure your update at USCIS site says something like we mailed to you a noted blablabla...

Note takes two to three days since the update to your house. I wasn't home so I between the time lost plus the doctor appointment and all that I sent the package 20 days after the note. They received it and next day I got updated as my documentation was accepted and my case was resumed. And I haven't seen a delay case because of RFE.

So yes guys... relaaaaaaax.... :)

It will add around another month. Not such a big deal. Honestly get use to the waiting game. A month in the scheme of things is minor to say the least. Next thing you know will be waiting for Manila to set up the appointment.

We got an RFE in the I129f. USCIS asking for Our letters of intent, evidence about citizen status of my fiance and evidence about our relationship.

We sent on june 2 and now our case status says that it received. We are waiting for NOA2 but it based on some timeline, people who got a RFE, we expect it before june 30. We hope so . I was looking at the timelines of others that have received RFE and more or less delay between 8 days and 1 month.

Sorry to hear that too you have RFE, well as of now me and my husband don't have idea what they need to us..still waiting for the notice. Hopefully RFE will not bother to me and to my husband..I pray it is minor RFE only. So what other documents you send them about evidence about in your relationship.. I hope you got your NOA2 approval also..and mine pls..consider me in your praying..
