Hello, my husband and I still waiting what our RFE requested by USCIS. He will receive thru mailing? or we need to call them and ask them about our RFE requirements?

I think you need to wait for the mailed copy of the RFE. From what I have read, most people feel the quicker you return the requested documents the better it is. I once got an RFE for a "certified" divorce decree from previous marriage. When I got the RFE, I went right to town hall and had them notorize a copy. I mailed it that day. It was an additional 2 months before I got NOA-2. I have read people returning RFE's 1-2 days after receiving the request in the mail and having an NOA-2 within a week. For your sanity, return the requested documents, and make sure you send a "copy" of the "RFE" mailed to you, or to your SO.

It will add around another month. Not such a big deal. Honestly get use to the waiting game. A month in the scheme of things is minor to say the least. Next thing you know will be waiting for Manila to set up the appointment.

I got RFE of my I-693. I didn't send that form. You will get a hard copy. For sure your update at USCIS site says something like we mailed to you a noted blablabla...

Note takes two to three days since the update to your house. I wasn't home so I between the time lost plus the doctor appointment and all that I sent the package 20 days after the note. They received it and next day I got updated as my documentation was accepted and my case was resumed. And I haven't seen a delay case because of RFE.

So yes guys... relaaaaaaax.... :)

As others have said, it shouldn't be a major issue. Talked to my boss who has gone through this and he said that the RFE notice should say they want to have the information by a certain date and as long as they receive it before that date, then the process is not delayed much and you stay in the same spot in the queue.

The only 'full notice' is via postal mail. Must wait till receive it.

Last month I got an RFE. I responded and the whole process, which involved having something take the documentation from South America to the US and mail it, took much less than a month.

HI guys

Just be calm and make sure you send back what there asking for..the only thing working against you is the time it take to send the Evidence there asking for.. For the most part they have reviewed the papers and just waiting for you to return your RFE documents so the case will move forward....Just take a breath and be thankful for what you have and dont worry to much for the RFE. Thank God for giving us all the love of our spouses and family

You guys always be here for me and to my husband, After we receive our RFE request we will gather all of those thing then send it back to the USCIS..Yeah soon we will see there..I can't to see my husband..
