Hello..

I will file I-130 for my son (1 year old), because he didnt qualify for CRBA. In Monterrey Consulate they gave me the forms and list of required documents to file for him and for my husband.

At this point, we changed some plans and I will file for my son first. My question is:

Do I need some permission of my husband to file for the baby?... I dont see anywhere he signs in the I-130, just me (the american citizen parent). I dont have any problem getting his permission, but Im not sure at what point of the process I need that.. will be in Monterrey when filing the I-130? or in Cd Juarez in the final interview? Or I dont need it at all?

Does Someone know?

Thanks
