Why can't certain Members. be put on the ignored user list?

Why can't certain "Members." be put on the ignored user list?

Under profile-->under Manage Ignored Members-->Member's Name

I have found I can type in some Members but not everyone.

The message I get is, "You can not ignore that Member."

Is it because they used to be a Moderator and they still have Moderator powers even though they went back to being a "Members."?

The following groups can not be ignored:

Moderators (Global and Deputy)

Admin

Technical

This person says they are on the "Members." list? I even select them from the drop down menu but the message I'm given is they can not be ignored.

PM me the member. I am not sure why you should not be able to (not set to do that). I also reset that config setting. You can try again just in case.

Now fixed and I verified. It was a bug from a typo -- don't ask!
