Hey Guys,

I have started the process for F1 visa recently. But, after doing my interview, I received a positive response from another school.

So, I am thinking about declining the other school and choosing this new one.

Can I go the consulate right know, give them the new I-20 and ask them to change my school in my visa application?

Thank you in advance!

You need to get a new SEVIS form and possibly do another DS-160 with updated school info for the F-1 visa. Has the visa been issued yet? If yes, you need to return and get a new visa and get the old one canceled out.
