No, you're thinking of Package 3, which comes from the embassy itself to your immigrant fiance. And in reality, Package 3 is just a set of forms and a checklist. When you receive the NOA2, your case has been (or is being) transferred to the NVC (National Visa Center) which then forwards it to the embassy or consulate that will conduct the interview and final checks on your case.

What you can do now is to make sure you've got all the documents compiled that your fiance will need for their interview. You can get a list of what you should need by googling your consulate/embassy and seeing if they've got the required forms online, and by looking through the guide for the list of documentation they require. For certain, you'll need to send over your ORIGINAL SIGNED I-134 Affidavit of Support, and all of the documentation for this ESPECIALLY your last year's tax returns and W-2's. That is VERY important, and your fiance won't be approved without this. When you send them to her, be sure to get delivery confirmation or send via FedEx/UPS/DHL so you'll have tracking info.

Other than compiling paperwork, just stop and take a breath now. The first stage is over, you're one step closer. Your fiance will be contacted by the embassy/consulate soon and will be instructed on how to schedule their medical exam, and where to submit their signed checklist, and what other documents are required.

Congrats on NOA2 and good luck!!

Angela & Peter
