hi,

i need help with this I-485 form please. I am the petitioner and im applying for my current husband my beneficiary, he came in as K1 and got married here within 90 days.. we need help with this form.

Part 1.

C/O (in care of)..do i put my married name there now?

I-94# (were do i find the number for this?)

Current USCI Status ( what do we put here as his current status we got married before the 90 days..Married? or None?)

Part 3.

section A

In what status did you last enter? (visitor, student, exchange visitor, crewman, temporary worker, without inspection, etc.) do i put in "K-1 Visa"?

Marital Status: (do i checked "married" since we got married since he got here before the 90 days?

section B:

List your present spouse and all of our children...

(on this section..should i type in my married name here..?

for part 1, c/o: I don't think you need to put anything there. For correspondence regarding i-485, USCIS will address it to your husband at the address where you live together (assuming you live together). I left that c/o line blank (I'm the beneficiary)

for part 3: yes, put K-1, and check married.

for section B: yes, put your married name here. Make sure to include copy of marriage certificate showing the name change for you.

In C/O of the petitioner. Used your married name.

I-94# (were do i find the number for this?)

You can find it at the top left of I-94 (Admission number)

Current USCI Status ( what do we put here as his current status we got married before the 90 days..Married? or None?)

Current USCIS status is K1. Married.

Part 3.

section A

In what status did you last enter? (visitor, student, exchange visitor, crewman, temporary worker, without inspection, etc.) do i put in "K-1 Visa"?

Put K1 visa.

Marital Status: (do i checked "married" since we got married since he got here before the 90 days?

Yes put Married.

section B:

List your present spouse and all of our children...

Yes use your married name.

July 14, 2010 - EAD approved, for card production

July 19, 2010 - Received AP in the mail

July 21, 2010 - I-485 GC approved, for card production

July 26, 2010 - Welcome letter received

July 28, 2010 - EAD card received

July 31, 2010 - Greencard received

Removal of Conditions

May 7, 2012 - Date Filed I-751

May 9, 2012 - Date of NOA!

June 8, 2012 - Biometrics Schedule
