I believe they do. I'm trying to think of the member's name but there were two for certain. Sometime back in January. They were RFE'd for something missing with the 129f but since they wanted to continue to with the CR-1, they ignored it and the I-130s were approved.

Just found out my I130 was approved. That's what I found when I signed into the USCIS website. My guess is it's off to NVC at this point. Nice to know it's approved. Immigration atty says he'll still take care of the I129F RFE. Not sure why, but perhaps thats standard practise to not leave any loose ends.

Anyway, I'll be thankful for my blessing of an approved I130, and start to plan for proof of domicile for Montreal should I need it for the CR1.

Don't know why I can't let go of the gov't waste of money prosessing all those K3 apps that get closed at the next stage at NVC. Looked at the April 2010 stats on the USCIS page and it shows all I129F apps that month as 15,000 pending, 4,600 completed, 4,394 receipts, and 1,227 waiting customer action. My guess is most of those are K1 fiance visa apps, and very few are K3 though. Still a waste of taxpayer money to process those K3 apps.

Back in March i think, i got a RFE for my I-129F, it was about them wanting me and hubby to resend them new G325 forms.I couldn't care less since i knew that they would administratively close this very soon, however i did not ignore the RFE and just sent them the papers they asked for.My attitude was like ''whatever'', but i did it anyway cause it did not cost me more than one postal stamp.About a month later , my 129 got approved and few days after, hubby got a letter stating that our 129 is closed. If i look back i know it was just a waste of time, but at least i know i tried.Good luck to you.
