Maybe, just maybe this is the CSC calm before the storm (floods of NOA2's). I am sure the 22,000 I-130 transfers from VSC to CSC did not help matters though. I mean really, how simple is it to approve a petition if all is in order and the initial security checks come clean? It is not rocket science we are talking here, they arn't reading the blueprint for the space shuttle, they arn't translating ancient hyroglyphics from a lost civilization, they arn't extracting DNA from meteor, it is a petition, just a simple petition, nothing more. VSC already proved it can be finished in 7 days if it wants to be finished. If it was for their mother, I bet they could do it in 3 days or less.

CSC should have a system where the more petitions an adjudicator completes in a day, they get bonus pay. that might speed things up.

We had a "Touch" but we see it as moving our application from the left pile to the right pile and vice versa but at least it's been touched

Front page of today's Star Tribune here in the Twin Cities focuses on the lines in Mexico seeking visas... another article focusing the public on undocumented workers and "illegal" aliens.

That was it. I wrote my Congressman today once more. I am tired of the K-1 applicants getting the short end...

And, school starts in only a matter of weeks. I really feel like I have let my "family" down. They are not getting the life they deserve, and a young child is simply unable to understand "politics" or big government.

i was touched at long last yesterday. I just checked our status for the 6th time today, and we got another touch. To God be the Glory, Bless His Holy name.

I realize it maybe just being shuffled, but it feels good, nevermolest ( nevertheless ).
