You could use a house appraisal, sure ! If you have any mortgage, you'll need to attach the current mortgage statement with the appraisal. You must use licensed appraiser (are you studying the instructions? )

IMO, find a co-sponser / joint-sponser with much monies, or increase your cash assets.

Good Luck !

thank you darnel for reply i am trying but no one is with that much income. so i should not use my friend income the one i mention above  what else can i do

I don't think you need quite as much as 60K, but you do need more than your friend can provide.

See the current federal poverty guideline here:

Good luck

There would be no use using your friend's income - he has a household of at least 3 - so he doesn't even meet the poverty guidelines at 125% for his own family - no extra income to show there.

You can use assets as well as income, but you will need to show 5 times the shortfall.

Your household size is 9 - therefore you need $50,907.00

50,907.00 - 15,000.00 = a shortfall of 35,907.00

You would need to show assets with a value of five times that - so assets worth 35,907.00 x 5 - $179,535.00

So your only options are to show assets of that amount or get a joint sponsor who can cover the immigrants and his/her household at 125% of the poverty guidelines.
