Notice of Action,but not good one(Help)

Finally after 3 months we get something form USCIS but is not good,I am freaking out..everything we sent proving we are together and everything wasn't enough they want more proofs,me and my husband dont own credit cards together because his credit is not great and to be honest I never wanted one,I have school loans but its on our own names,we have visa(checking)that is on my name but we use that for both of us for our bills,we tryed to get car loan together but they didnt aprove bc my husbands credit is not great,I dont know what to do:

This was what we sent:Copy of GC,partial copy of lease agreement for apt.,copy of our drivers licences,partial copy of our phone bill,copy of our previous lease agreement,Affidavits sworn by two people,photographs,copy of joint tax return for 2009,Car insurance card...This wasn't enough..HELP what should I do,Is this happend to someone else before and what did you do and what outcome was.

Basecelly that staff we sent in wasnt enough to convince them that we are legit,but we are..they gave us 60 days to send things that they requesting like bank accounts on the both names,ownership..and things like that..let me know if this helped

You've had green card for two years yet it seems you didn't provide enough evidence of financial co-mingling.

What's with the partial lease and cell phone bill - is there a reason for not sending a full lease and entire cell phone bill? How many cell phone bills did you send it? Normally, they want to see bills spanning the time between when you got your green card in ROC time.

If you're both working did you send in designation of beneficiary statement from your company naming your spouse as beneficiary - 401k, insurance, HSA accounts...

Have either of you gone to a doctor and received statement of benefits or bills from doctors at the same address?

Where's the tax return from 2008 that you were supposed to do in 2009?

Where are the utilities bills - even in individual names as long as they show the same address.

Did you travel anywhere together - itineraries, hotel receipts, boarding passes.

Mail sent to both of you - greeting cards, postcards from friends or relatives.

If you have separate bank accounts show movement of money between accounts (transfers) and payment of joint bills - you can explain this further in the letter explaining that you have separate bank accounts but that each of you are paying household bills - grocery bill from his account, then once from yours, utilities...

For people to really be able to help you SCAN your request for evidence notice and black out your personal identifying information: case number, A number, address, name.
