My appointment at the US Embassy in Frankfurt is set for next week (30 June). I have been going over everything and I believe I'm all set. Once I get a NOA from the embassy regarding the I-130....I will take that to the Base (Ramstein AB) Passport Office and they will start the SOFA stamp process (90 days max wait time with that).

Ok, so I'll throw some questions out there now:

I-130: I have one ready to go for my wife, but I do not have one for her 3yo daughter (now my stepdaughter).....on the I-130, it doesn't list stepdaughter as an option (as to what relative I'm filing for), and it also says that no application is needed for children. So, is this correct? No I-130 needed for my stepdaughter? I have listed her as my wife's daughter on the G-325A.

I have read a couple conflicting reports, some saying to do a I-130 on the stepdaughter as well, and to also be ready to pay another filing fee $355......according to what I'm reading...this isn't necessary. Am I right? :)
