Hi All,

Sorry, I am a little confused with the process. Tuyen got the letter for her interview but it has instructions for k-1 and immigration visa as separate and one with a $350.00 fee the other a $400.00 fee. Is this correct or did we do something wrong? Below is a copy of the letter.

This office is ready to begin final processing of the immigrant visa(s) named below in this case. we have scheduled an appointment for a visa interview in the Immigrant visa section on the date printed below . This letter must be presented upon your arrival at this office on the appointment date.

K-1 fee is now $350

usually when a DS-230 is filed for immigrant visa, is 400 fee - but -

only part I of the ds-230 is used for K-1, and

is no fee for the DS-230.

The rest of it - is 350 visa application fee.

Consulate screwed up... The fee is 350 as has been said... keep the letter that has the interview date on it so she can get her medical and vaccinations... if she does not have the medical already.. have her contact them ASAP as others have noted delays recently at Cho Ray ...
