Sorry that is me again...I am trying to hurry with everything because I already bought my air fare to pick my mom up and i hope she will get her visa by then.....She is going to get her birth certificate and have two passport pictures done....does she need anything else?? I called NVC today and they told me that her birth certificate doesn't need to be translated....does she need police certificates? i think she will have to have them done when she has her interview at the Embassy right?

No, everything goes to the National Visa Center.
