In the IR1/CR1 General Guides Section the Step by Step Guide for the I-130 form under the Pre Interview Forms it mentions something about a OF-169 form that needs to be filled out. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this form to review? I checked the USCIS web site ans was unable to find anything close to the form.

You won't find it on the USCIS because it is a Department of state form... did you try google? OF is the old designation... now probably referred to as the DS-169

is it the bio form???

03-15-10 - IV Bill Email Get; Pay IV Bill

03-16-10 - IV Bill Status: PAID; AOS @ NVC

04-07-10 - IV Pack @ NVC

04-20-10 - Log-in Fail

04-21-10 - Case Complete

04-30-10 - Interview Date Assigned

05-07-10 - NVC Forwards Case to Embassy, Tokyo
