why no biometric appoinment yet???

I dont know why I have not received my biometric appointment.My application was received on the 4th of June 2010 and I did received the 3 NOA1s.Most people that file after me have received theirs.Even my status cant be track online.Please what do I do now cos I have called uscis website and they keep on telling me to wait for 30days.my office center is in Dallas TX.What do I do?????????????????????????????

Hi,

USCIS had a glitch a short while back and many members feel that it is causing delayed biometrics notices. Each person get a biometrics appointment from their local ASC so unless people from Dallas are receiving theirs and you are not, then you can panic. It is quite normal for a bigger city such as Dallas to send in appointments a little later than other smaller areas, but this is not necessarily true all the time. It also depends on the number of applicants that get routed to that local office.

The second thing is that the receipt number of your NOA will not work online, unfortunately, you will have to wait until you receive your biometrics appointment. The receipt number on it is the key.

Just an added comment - most people only receive 1 NOA, a biometrics, and then another approval NOA letter - there aren't 3 NOA at the moment

I don't know who are you talking about, but if you are I-751 VSC filer, you can refer to this list.

FYI, nobody on June filers list received Bio letter yet...

I did received my notice of action which has my receipt number on it.I received 485,130 and 765.

I guess you are correct on the issue of biometric appointment.I spoke to the lady uscis customer care she said biometric is the next stage right now that each application is different because of locations.I guess there are many people in Dallas scheduled for biometric and that is what is pending the issuance of my appointment cos that has to clear or reduce to create room for me.

Do you mean that the receipt number can only work when an appointment for biometric has been scheduled???

Does delay in biometric affects the speed of scheduling interview.

Oh - I get it... I think you are in your AOS stage and not ROC (Removal of conditions).
