Hello

I am a longtime lurker, first time poster so please kindly forgive me if this is old or irrelevant info...

I found this whilst snooping around the us embassy website: http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/visa/niv/admin_processing_dates.pdf - it is an AP tracker much like the one for waivers. Anyhoo I thought it 'may' be of use to those who find themselves in AP. It may only be relevant to non-immigrant visas, however should any of you who are in AP find your reference number on there then I hope you can make use of this document.

Best of luck to all those in AP, I wish you a speedy process.

(P.s: Not in AP, interview next week though)

Great find! I know that there is a London waiver list that is somewhat similar, but not sure about AP, so it's new to me.

Can't wait to see if there are any of our guys processed through the immigrant unit on there or if they are other types of visas.

Thanks, Bumbo, and good luck with your interview next week!! :D

Justine+David first brought this to my attention some time ago, and unfortunately immigrant visas, eg CR/IR-1, are not included on there. Technically K1 visas are non-immigrant visas and therefore should be included on there, but if I remember correctly they weren't either, because the embassy actually regarded them as being immigrant, even though according to NVC they are non-immigrant. Confused lol?

Fortunately for the UK, unfortunately for myself and my fellow AP-ers, there are too few of us (family-based visas in AP) to warrant a separate mention. At those embassies where there are a high number of applicants in AP, they do indeed get a website or link where they can check the status of their application. It would seem that all those visas included on the pdf that London does provide are tourist, student, employment etc visas.

Thanks though, it's very thoughtful of you, and Nik+Heather
