I am in tears here, i have never in my life seen anything so upsetting.

They put a live camara in a Moms house, she has anger problems towards her children. There is a 10 year old boy, the sweetest little thing you could ever imagine, a 8 year old gitl, 2 twins of 3 and a 7 month old baby boy.

She shouted, beat, belittled those children. Called them all the names under the sun.

She beat the little boy becuase he was teasing his sister, she smacked him across the head 3 times hard, dragged him into his room, and beat him in there, he was shouting 'mommy please, my knee, i cant walk, she continues the beating, she throws him out of the room and shouts' go to school you F****** stupid, thick idiot, as he is LIMPING past her she kicks him again in his bad knee. Then throws him out the door with a torn sweater.

This is just one instance, Dr Phil then continues to interview her, im sorry but i was shouting at that screen, I PRAY to god someone helps those kids.

he offered councilling for the family...im sorry but in this case, BIG F******* wow..

I dont normally post topics like this but im so angrey and i needed a vent.

I agree therapy CAN help.

maybe taking the children away a while just so the mom can get the help she needs.

I'm sure Child Protection Services were in the background somewhere, and if the woman didn't stop the abuse, they'd step in. Dr. Phil DID call it an intervention.

I wonder what happened to this family? This was a rerun and I never saw a follow up program. Perhaps there wasn't any good news to report. Perhaps the children are being protected as we speak.

It doesn't make good television to have kids taken away by the aurthorities. Better if they can get therapy.

If she's actively beating her children I don't think therapy alone is the answer. Someone should be protecting the children while she's undergoing anger management and parenting classes or something. The whole family needs therapy I just think there needs to be some invtervention if she's beating them.

She had to give consent to put the camera there. If she did that, then she knows she has a problem and has taken the first step in correcting it. I think counceling is a good idea and she may need alot of other therapy as well. Hopefully there is another family member that can step in to help out.

there is no one perfect solution but i wonder if that woman has ever 'mistreated' her children in public? and if anyone has ever said anything to her??

she just might be the type the only belittles her child in public while forcing them to eat ... or maybe she's the type that elbows them in the head because they are falling asleep on the bus ...:(
