I would not have made the comment unless I knew of a couple who sent in only one and had their case approved !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whether you know about it or not it obviously happens. USCIS can get away with it because too many people assumes it never happens.

please find an example and post it here....the OP infers that it happens all the time....I have never seen it posted here. Where does she/he get this information. I still would doubt that it would happen. I only read of RFE's for submitting copies, not original sigs on each copy, etc.

Now everyone who has been approved by just submitting one copy please post your information.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Yodrak,

Thank you for the link. I still however have issue, if adjudicators at the service are still receiving guidance via memos that specifically mentions the G-325A and RFE's in the same breath for not being complete, then at this stage it is still very much a part of the process and care should be still taken to complete the G-325A as instructed...All 4 pages & signed.

Lorelle,

yodrak,

I am not so sure on that as I believe that the 4 pages that make up the G-325A are still very much in use as the USCIS processes are still primarily manual, paper based. This is according to any of the reports that I have read. The latest interoffice memo also makes mention of the G325A when it comes to RFE's for being incomplete.

Lorelle

ursy,

Recognize that G-325A is an antiquated and obsolecent form. It's doubtful that the 4 paper copies are used any longer as they once were - it's the electronic age now, and even the USCIS is making some use of modern technology. Many (most?) adjudicators probably send RFEs if all 4 copies are not provided simply because 4 copies exist and once upon a time were essential. Old habits can be hard to break.

It shouldn't be surprising if some adjudicators do not send RFEs if all 4 pages are not provided because as a practical matter they simply are not necessary any more, but a prudent person would submit all 4 pages having original signatures until the form is eventually changed or discontinued.

Are there many approval inconsistencies ? I heard different experiences between couples. Some people get Rfe for not signing all 4 G325A biography forms and others do only one and get through. What is the logic there????????????????????????

I PM'd the Capt'n to send me the link to the one I referred to in the archives as they are unsearchable now from here. I think we may very well see one from William who only just received an RFE but no mention of of the G-325A asking for all 4 pages. I would definately not recommend anyone to purposely only submit one page though just because of the very few that escape an RFE for it.

Lorelle,

I agree that one should send all 4 pages of the G-325A, each with an original signature - I said as much in my post in this thread.

See also comments about G-325A in AndyMisiu's first post in his Interesting thread. The source is unknown, but much of what it says is consistent with the reports that Matt Udall used to post after his visits to the Service Centers.

Again, it would be foolish to not send all 4 pages properly signed, but it's understandable that once in a while someone who doesn't is going to slide by. And I think that you and I agree that once in a while someone does slide by - desert_fox is off base on that.

Hey I willing to be educated.....just want someone to show me. Havent seen a flood of posts yet of all these ppl who get approved by submitting ony the first page of the form as cited as being a common occurence by the OP. If it happens, then its time that we all know to form a precedent so that future filers have a basis for a valid complaint until USCIS changes their processing checklist.

We all know that these forms are worthless and are never used for the original purpose that they may have ben intended, but still required by the instructions.

So post away all you folks that have slipped thru the cracks and that the USCIS will approve you by submitting only the cover page.

I have yet to see the OP post his/her sources on how common this is. Im certainly willing to learn. I dont think thats its particurilly helpful to anyone when ppl complain the about the process and making general statemts like...I have heard...or I know of....etc.

This is BS and doesnt happen......show ME....Im from Missouri.

If you know better...then show us...hey...Im opened minded.

desert_fox,

Nobody wrote that there was a flood of them.

You did write, "the OP infers that it happens all the time". Actually it's you who did the inferring, ursy did not use any adjective indicating a quantity with regard to those who he had heard do not get RFEs for less than 4 pages (and if he had he would have been implying).
