In over a year on here I havent noted too many at all that have gotten away with only submitting one signed page of the G-325A as the vast majority of members send all 4 pages. If one submits all 4 pages and only one is signed it stands to reason that an adjudicator is more likely to send an RFE as what has been submitted isnt complete.

The logic is, one adjudicator is more easy going than another one. It order to avoid any RFE, it is better to sign and date all 4 pages and leave no space blank.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Well, I had sent copies of the G325as (mine and hers) I got an rfe with one copy of her G325a asking that she sign it and send it back. I sent them only one copy of her original signed G325a and explained that I had thought they accepted copies. The petition was approved 2 weeks after I sent it. So, I don't know what exactly they want - but since I had received only one copy back, I sent back only one copy and it was OK for us. Good Luck

I think they are very picky where the G-325A is concerned. We sent in photocopies of our G-325A's with our I-129F and received an RFE asking us to provide original signed G-325A's.

I would seriously doubt that this happens.

From what I've read it'll depend on the adjudicator that works on one's case.

I would seriously doubt that this happens also

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

I have yet to see proof that anyone not sending the required forms got approved without a RFE.

The big thing here is that everyone needs to know if you dont follow the instructions explicitly you can expect a RFE.

I am 100% certain, according to one members post that I recall in the old site (archives), that had his petition approved after only submitting one signed page of the G-325A. Before approval he had been quite worried about it and had expected an RFE. Is this the norm, I dont believe so, but then again as I said the vast majority of members DO submit all 4 pages.

ursy,

Recognize that G-325A is an antiquated and obsolecent form. It's doubtful that the 4 paper copies are used any longer as they once were - it's the electronic age now, and even the USCIS is making some use of modern technology. Many (most?) adjudicators probably send RFEs if all 4 copies are not provided simply because 4 copies exist and once upon a time were essential. Old habits can be hard to break.

It shouldn't be surprising if some adjudicators do not send RFEs if all 4 pages are not provided because as a practical matter they simply are not necessary any more, but a prudent person would submit all 4 pages having original signatures until the form is eventually changed or discontinued.

yodrak,

I am not so sure on that as I believe that the 4 pages that make up the G-325A are still very much in use as the USCIS processes are still primarily manual, paper based. This is according to any of the reports that I have read. The latest interoffice memo also makes mention of the G325A when it comes to RFE's for being incomplete.

I would not have made the comment unless I knew of a couple who sent in only one and had their case approved !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whether you know about it or not it obviously happens. USCIS can get away with it because too many people assumes it never happens.

Okay you have heard that it happens.

Have you ever heard of any business, any government agency, in fact anything at all that involves humans that has perfect record?

There are mistakes made everyday.

Bottom line it is still best to follow the instructions until new ones come out.
