I'm telling you - these ppl in the poor parts of town are POPPING out babies like it their job...cause really, it is...with NO WAY OR MEANS OR PLAN to support them..

Ah, but you're wrong..... they DO have a plan on how to support them. You and me. Before I get flamed, I'll say that I speak from experience. An ex of mine felt that it was her right to have everyone else support her 3 little demons. Well, 2 demons. The middle kid was quite alright, really. She was infuriated that you couldn't buy candy, cigarettes, or alcohol with food stamps. She constantly complained that the welfare check wasn't enough. She moaned that her mother, who supported one of her kids, wanted part of that money to cover those expenses. She complained that her mother wouldn't buy her a new car....wouldn't buy her a house....etc. Where did her welfare check go? To support her kids? No....it went for things like DVDs, stereos, trinkets, McDonald's, etc.

Needless to say, it didn't last long for me and her.

Sadly, she isn't in the minority, either. Yes, there are people who truly need welfare, food stamps, etc. There are many more who don't. They COUNT on the rest of us paying for their "#### trophies"/welfare boosters. And please ...don't anyone delude yourself into believing that there aren't people out there who see popping out more kids as getting a raise.... they exist. That was one of her concerns after she had to have a hysterectomy.

ditto.. also, these irresponsible arseholes (can't call 'em parents) send the kids to school to get the welfare checks.. because that's one of the requisites.. kids have to be in school.. so.. yea, parent's don't give a jack about grades, about improvement, they just want their kids in school, and thanks to no child left behind, a kid can stay in high school before getting kicked out at 18.. so I do agree that there's no motivation for a kid to excel in an environment like that..
